We went into the game today knowing we were not only facing our own club mates, that we supported last week, but a much stronger side with the addition of several 1st/2nd team standard players. We spoke about what we needed to concentrate on in regards to strategy and the movement of the ball and BAM, from the whistle we closed down their midfield, we were transitting up and down the field creating spaces on attack and closing the holes in defence. Charlie and Andy giving space for Jake to free hit out, with Charlie and Ben giving a great right hand side break know many occasions, Paul B giving strength with Ian C throughout the middle. Ian H and Logan giving some cracking pressure along the left and in the corners. The opportunities we gave ourselves, meaning that Matt in goals for the 3s having to put some saves in, preventing us from putting more pressure on their play, which culminated in a short., it was a shame that the whistle went before the ball went into the back of the net, expecially when the same thing happened to us resulting in Mike deflecting a shot , just behind Ash, putting us 1 goal down Unfortunately, like always some decisions didn't go our way.

2-0 at half time, we started applying pressure from the whistle, with the rain pounding down, we continued exactly the way we discussed at half time with Logan grabbing a goal back, after a cheeky pass from Foo, taking them by surprise, unfortunately that came with 3rd goal from the 3s. Overall an excellent game, showing the potential for the rest of the season
