On Saturday, 19th April, we were delighted to host our Annual Awards Dinner, marking a very special occasion as we celebrated the club’s 125th anniversary.
Held at the lovely Woodman Inn at Thunderbridge, the event was extremely well attended, with players, coaches, partners, and parents all coming together. It was fantastic to see so many familiar faces enjoying the evening and celebrating another successful season.
A wide range of awards were presented across the club, including Players’ Player and Captain’s Player awards for each team, as well as recognition across different age divisions. Congratulations to all of this year’s award winners it was a great reflection of the talent and commitment throughout the club.
We would like to give special mention to a few standout honours:
• Mandip Kaur – Club Person of the Year
• Sandy and Ed Haigh – Presidents’ Award
• Peter Lee – Honorary Membership
Each of these awards is thoroughly deserved, recognising the exceptional contribution individuals make to our club.
A big thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the evening such a success, and to all those who have supported the club throughout the season: our players, coaches, captains, sponsors, parents, and committee members.
